I don't agree with the "ALWAYS DISARM THE TIMED C4 FIRST". If you are several people trying to disarm, then sure, go for it (although you should split the task). However in the case of a desperate disarm, you may not have time to disarm both the nuke and the c4. It depends on the situation. Sometimes, you could be disarming while another member fights/distracts the SBH. If you get there quickly enough the c4 is not a threat and your time could be better spent disarming the nuke.

Also if the c4 is not well placed, or you have a hotwire that can disarm far enough & survive the blast... etc.
